Certified Sports Nutritionist

Bri grew up in high-level gymnastics and ballet, eventually retiring due to burnout and injuries. While she was an avid soccer player during high school and college, she battled poor eating and lifestyle habits that her physical activity could not keep up with.

After discovering CrossFit and diving deeper into the world of nutrition, she fell in love with the transformation that proper movement and well-rounded nutrition can elicit – showing that fitness and health can be lifelong pursuits for everyone, not just athletes. 

It took many years to fully understand concepts of health, nutrition, and her own needs, but Bri finally found a way to fuel and nourish her body in a sustainable way. She became a certified sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), a Precision Nutrition coach, and continued her studies in strength, energy system training, and functional nutrition under mentors such as James Fitzgerald, Dr. Ben House, and Dr. Mike T Nelson.

Throughout her years of coaching and then owning a strength and conditioning facility, Bri felt called to provide more clarity and support for people outside the gym. She watched her members work as hard as they could for an hour and then in the other 23 hours, struggle to make their efforts yield results. 

So, in 2017, she stepped out of ownership and began her own coaching company, BFrank Coaching, rooted in research and founded on the idea that with proper systems and individualization, anyone can attain nutrition freedom and experience meaningful health changes.

This is why in 2021, when Bri was offered the opportunity to sync her nutrition expertise with doctors who could provide training and medical services, she joined Kollective Labs where she has the privilege of working with the best musculoskeletal experts and functional medicine practitioners in a world-class facility – all under one roof.

In all her years, she has never come across a more integrated, transformative company and she is thrilled to be a part of a powerful solution for so many people.
